Born in Punjab, Khanpur, in 1991, Arslan Malik grew up with ambition and a sharp mind for numbers. After completing his ACCA studies in 2013, he joined a group of friends for a short trip to the UAE, the kind of visit that was never meant to last more than a few days.
But on the final day of that trip, he received a job offer in Dubai. He said yes. And with that single decision, the trajectory of his life changed forever.

Arslan began at Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank, working in sales and learning, not just the mechanics of finance, but the deeper art of understanding people. A year later he moved to Noor Bank, building on that foundation and growing into an advisor clients relied on without hesitation.
Then came the moment that surprised everyone who knew him. Arslan walked away from the stability of banking and stepped into real estate, one of Dubai’s most unforgiving industries. He joined DAMAC Properties, then moved to Deyaar Development, where his career began to move at a speed that turned heads across the market.
Over the next five years, Arslan served more than 500 clients, investors, families, and end users who trusted him with decisions that shaped their futures. He did not chase volume. He built relationships. And those relationships quietly assembled a property portfolio valued at approximately AED 1 billion, a figure that speaks not to luck, but to years of consistent, exceptional work.
In 2020, Arslan was named Top Performer of the Year, an award presented to him directly by the CEO. It was recognition of something his clients already knew: that the way he worked, with genuine care, long-term thinking, and total commitment, was simply in a class of its own.
By 2022, Arslan had seen enough of the market to know what was missing. Clients were being shuffled between brokers and agencies depending on what they needed, buying here, renting there, investing somewhere else entirely. He imagined something different.
